  Had a neck injury, first time at any physical therapist. Poorly managed. They are really trying to treat as many people as possible each day and its made the employees have to juggle multiple things at once leaving you with no quality time. The employees seem to be suffering from poor greedy management. Each session is roughly less than 30 minutes. 5 minutes worth of them working on you and the rest of the time you spend there is repeating all the activities they have you do at home on a regular basis. When u come in for the first time they give you at least 15 minutes of paperwork for you 30 minute session. You just feel rushed all the time. Your first session needs to be longer. They have no time to review your paperwork and start working on in only 30 minutes. Cost the same though. Regardless if they do anything or not. Multiple times i was the only person in the waiting room and the entire staff is wondering around doing nothing. You would think you would be seen on time on a day like that. Nope. Almost 5 minutes late each time. Most of your time spent there is doing simple excercises they have you also do at home. I was really shocked and let down my second time in there and from that point on. I really thought my time there would be doing the things i cant already do at home. After my 6th visit i had had enough of this scam. They will see you twice a week for the rest of your life if they could. You come in. They tell and watch you do simple excercises you do at home already for free, charge you top dollar for it and eagerly try and get you to sign up for multilple more weeks. Im starting to ramble, so ill break it down. 1. Never seen on time 2. Each session cut short or interupted due to their broken cramped schedule. 3.Little to no privacy. My excercises were interupted multiple times by people just walking straight through the area im in. Poorly layed out floor plan. 4.Outragous cost for little to know work performed. They charge you for doing the excercises they already have you do at home. Yup, in the little time they spend with you. Most of it is doing excercises they already have you do at home, but now cost you top dollar because you're at their facility. Theres more and more stuff but i think your starting to get the picture. I gave a 2 star review because the staff is friendly and i beleive this place has potentional if managed correctly. Until then. I would not reccomend going to this place.
